With the big four banks earning headlines for bad behaviour, we set ING apart with a strategy we called Better Banking Behaviour and introduced a range of products and services that put the customer first. To tell Australia just how banking can be, we enlisted an iconic spokeswoman with well-branded hair. During the campaign, ING had 330% customer growth and was voted Australia’s most recommended bank for three years running.

To further demonstrate ING's 'Better Banking Behaviour' we helped them launch Dreamstarter, a kickstarter initiative helping ethical small businesses get off the ground. The campaign centred around Christmas and giving a gift for good.
